Clean Estates has won its first housing association contract – with one of the country's largest affording housing providers.

Affinity Sutton, which has more than 56,000 properties across England, appointed Clean Estates to maintain the public areas of five developments in Derby and Nottingham over the next three years.
The selection followed a competitive tender and interview with a panel of employees and residents.
The work will see Clean Estates maintaining the public areas, children's play areas and a sports field.
Pete Francis, Clean Estates team leader, who will lead the landscaping operation, explained: "We are keen to expand into the housing association market and to win the largest provider as our first customer in this sector gives us a platform from which to build. As the tenants play a large part in the running of their communities, we know we will have exacting taskmasters!"
