Construction management graduate Alex Boucher has been appointed to manage Clean Estates' new specialist three stage house clean service which covers properties through their various stages of building.

Alex, who has worked for Clean Estates for the past six years, is determined to ensure the service builds on the success it has developed in the few months since its launch.
David Wilson and Redrow are among the big name developers who have signed up for the service, which provides an initial or builders' clean, an intermediate demo clean and a "sparkle clean" just before the proud new owners move in.
"Quality is absolutely critical so I'll have to be on my toes and ensure my teams are, too," explained Alex.
Clean Estates Managing Director Phil Chapman added: "Cleaning is one of the services which gives house builders the most aggravation. By setting it up with a dedicated manager and close supervision of standards, we intend to make Clean Estates the supplier of choice in this area."
