New head office for Clean Estates
Clean Estates has moved into a new head office to accommodate the additional staff it has taken on to service its growing number of clients.

The commercial estates cleaning and grounds maintenance contractor moved into 4,000 sq ft premises in Denby, Derbyshire amid celebrations which saw TCL group chairman Richard Glover cutting a celebratory cake to mark the occasion.
Clean Estates has seen its staff grow across the UK from 80 colleagues to over 200 in five years as its reputation for professional, friendly, reliable, flexible and quality service spreads. Twenty five of these are based at the new HQ.
The company has also fitted solar panels to the new office, which will generate enough electricity to cover all the needs of the office, with any additional power sold to the National Grid.
"Having 'green' credentials is becoming increasingly important in our business," said Accounts Manager Peter Boucher. "As well as effectively giving us free electricity, it strengthens our appeal to customers."
The panels were installed by local firm Team Renewables and are fitted on the south facing part of the roof to get maximum exposure to the Derbyshire sunshine.
Clean Estates maintains a broad property portfolio of estates from small shopping arcades and business parks, through to some of the largest industrial, retail and leisure parks in the UK.
