Cleans Estates can offer developers a tailored solution for cleaning at key stages of the building process.
An initial, or builder’s clean (including windows), followed by an intermediate clean so that prospective buyers can be shown round the property, and a final or “sparkle” clean just before the buyers move in. Add to that cleaning of the sales office and the showhome(s) and Clean Estates offers a complete solution on site. All our on site cleaners and managers hold CSCS cards at the appropriate level. Clean Estates is CIS registered; our status is “gross.”
Every clean is scored and signed off by a customer representative (usually the site manager for intitial and intermediate cleans and a sales representative for the final clean). Our performance can be effectively monitored and any any required changes identified.
Showhome Cleaning:
- Complete internal cleaning at various stages of completion (including windows, gutters, downpipes etc)
- Showhome cleaning "sparkle clean" standard
- Sales office cleaning
- General grounds maintenance; grass cutting, hedge trimming, leaf clearance etc.
