At Clean Estates we strive to maintain the highest standards in every aspect of our service. We believe it is the best way to do business, and that  our customers are entitled to expect nothing less.

The accreditations we have gained are proof of that commitment, and a constant reminder to us to maintain the highest level of performance at all times.

Health & Safety

All our work is strictly governed by the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1988 and the Environmental Act 1990.

To further demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement, we have been awarded OHSAS 18001 certification through UKAS.

UKAS is the sole national accreditation body recognised by government to assess, against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.

The OHSAS specification requires a rigorous occupational health and safety management system, in order for organisations to control their occupational health and safety risks and improve their performance.

OHSAS 18001 was created by a concerted effort from a number of the world’s leading national standards bodies, certification bodies and specialist consultancies and is a highly respected industry qualification.

Quality

We are registered with BSI and certified by UKAS to quality management standard ISO 9001:2008 for the provision of cleaning services, grounds maintenance services and management of specialist contractors.

Environment

We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and have achieved UKAS certification to ISO 14001:2004. We work closely with all our customers and suppliers to ensure that current legislation is fully complied with, and that continuous improvement in environmental management is achieved.

Insurance

We are fully insured for Employer’s and Public Liability, minimum £10,000,000 cover. A copy of our certification is available on request.
